GE..ET-2RS Series

CHF GE..ET-2RS series stainless steel double-seal thrust spherical plain bearings are thrust-type stainless steel spherical plain bearings designed for harsh operating conditions requiring heavy axial loads, corrosion resistance, and environmental protection. Based on the standard GE..ET series structure, this series adds double-sided integrated contact seals (2RS), combining high-strength stainless steel materials, self-lubricating technology, and an advanced sealing system. It provides reliable, maintenance-free thrust spherical plain bearing solutions for European and American industrial customers in high axial load, low-speed oscillation, dusty, humid, and chemically corrosive environments, and is widely used in hydraulic equipment, valve actuators, heavy machinery, and marine engineering.

Core Technical Features

High Load Capacity Self-Lubricating Gasket: The sliding surface of the bearing ring is reinforced with PTFE and bronze mesh, with a thickness of 1.0-1.5mm, a dry friction coefficient ≤0.06, and a PV value limit of 2.5 N/mm²·m/s.

Overall Corrosion-Resistant Materials: Both the seat ring and shaft ring are made of AISI 440C stainless steel, vacuum quenched and subjected to secondary cryogenic treatment, achieving a hardness of HRC 58-62 and exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance.

Pre-Lubrication and Cleanliness: The sealed cavity is pre-filled with a wide-temperature synthetic grease. Assembly is performed in a clean environment, and the internal cleanliness meets ISO 4406 16/14/11 standards.
