GE..C Series

CHF GE..C series stainless steel spherical plain bearings are specifically designed for applications requiring large-angle oscillation, complex multi-directional motion, and heavy-load, low-speed operation. Based on proven GE series design standards, this series utilizes an all-stainless steel construction, providing European and American industrial customers with reliable bearing solutions for high-load, oscillating motion, corrosive environments, and maintenance-free applications. They are particularly suitable for spherical joints, linkage mechanisms, and oscillating supports in engineering machinery, hydraulic equipment, aerospace, and marine engineering.

Inner and Outer Ring Material: AISI 440C stainless steel inner and outer rings, surface hardness HRC58-62


Sliding Surface Treatment: Manganese phosphate treatment or PTFE composite coating, coefficient of friction ≤0.05


Self-Lubricating Design: The sliding layer contains solid lubricant, achieving true maintenance-free operation


Corrosion Resistance: Passes neutral salt spray test ≥200 hours, corrosion resistance level ≥9
