Key Technical Features


Three-Layer Composite Gasket: Utilizes a three-layer composite structure of PTFE fiber, epoxy resin, and metal mesh lining. The gasket thickness ranges from 0.5-1.0 mm, significantly improving wear life.


Low Friction and Wear Resistance: Dynamic friction coefficient ≤0.03, static friction coefficient ≤0.05, PV value up to 3.0 N/mm²·m/s.


High Load-Bearing Stainless Steel Matrix: Both the outer and inner spherical rings are made of AISI 440C stainless steel, subjected to ultra-deep cryogenic treatment (-196°C) and secondary tempering, improving dimensional stability and fatigue resistance by 40%.
