SPHS..EC Series

The CHF SPHS..EC series stainless steel plunger-type ball end spherical plain bearing (with internally threaded bore) is a functional extension of the SPHS series, designed specifically for heavy-duty linkage mechanisms requiring double-sided internal threaded connections, compact overall length, and extremely high pull-out safety. Based on the classic plunger-type anti-pull-out structure, this series features an internally threaded bore design on the rod end, providing customers in European and American precision hydraulic systems, servo actuators, high-end testing equipment, and aerospace adjustment mechanisms with a more integrated, smaller footprint, better centering, and maintenance-free heavy-duty compact connection solution.

Core Technical Features

High-performance EC-grade bearing core: The built-in bearing uses the CHF GEE..EC series high-performance self-lubricating spherical plain bearing. Its PTFE composite liner is modified with conductive filler, possessing electrostatic dissipation capability (surface resistivity 10^4-10^6 Ω), suitable for sensitive environments requiring anti-static properties.

Precision Wear-Resistant Ball Head: The plunger ball head is made of AISI 440C stainless steel, precision ground, ultra-fine polished, and subjected to low-temperature ion sulfurizing treatment. This forms a porous ferrous sulfide lubricating layer on the surface, further reducing the coefficient of friction to 0.03-0.05 and increasing wear life by 30%.

Optimized Pull-Out Performance: Inheriting the plunger-type ball head and high-strength retaining ring locking core design, the axial pull-out strength exceeds the highest level requirements of ISO 12240. Even under pure tensile conditions, there is no need to worry about the ball head separating from the bearing housing.
